I also was ripped off by Ms. Greer who is the subject of several reports on this website, same type of thing, ordered leashes through ebay, paid with check, never received them despite check being cashed and lots of confusing email. This was awhile ago.

Several other folks ripped off on ebay around that time filed complaints with the sheriff of Jackson County IL and eventually Ms. Greer was terminated from ebay. She has however been a seller on ebay under several names over the past couple of years - kbarjranchco, blackpondoutfitters, blckpnd, rattlesnakeferry, ... apparently it is possible to be registered as a seller under a false name and address, also with Paypal.

There is currently a warrant for her arrest for failure to appear in court on two misdemeanor and one felony charge of cruelty and aggravated cruelty to animals in Williamson County IL. The court confiscated all her animals some time ago. You can check this on www.judici.com with a free search in Williamson County under Jennifer Ann Greer, dob March 10, 1972. She is also a deadbeat parent, never having paid any child support.

Your best bet is to file a complaint relating to your particular ripoff with the Jackson County Sheriff. This would expand the information they have to work with, but unfortunately you are unlikely to get your money back even with a conviction.
