Jennifer Herbers Amber Hayley, Chadler Hayley DOG SCAM Sugar Land, Texas

I found Amber Hayley/ Jennifer Herbers on www.hoobly.com. I inquired about an AKC registered brindle french bulldog adult who was a blue carrier bred to a blue fawn male french bulldog. The dog was guaranteed bred. I sent $2265.00 to her to include shipping through airlines and vet paperwork. Once payment was received I had a very hard time getting ahold of her I called, emailed, and texted her with no response. Finally days later I received a text message from "Ambers" boyfriend Chadler telling me she was in the ICU and had been in a terrible accident. I felt terrible for hounding them after hearing the news.

I then proceeded to google the names that she had given me as for her boyfriend and her and had started to find some complaints along with her going by the name of Jennifer Herbers, I confronted her about this and she told me that was her friend, I did everything to get her to send me my money back and she said she had already spent it. I finally hired a ground shipper (after she told me the dog couldn't ship through airlines) an additional $300.00. My shipper met her at a walmart in sugarland, TX and actually picked up 2 dogs from her for transport (both to be delivered to victims of her scam she runs) my dog came with NO papers, was not bred (actually just coming into heat), and was a mutt of some sort. Other dog was NOT bred either (signed contract guaranteeing this, and was 3 years older then what was said) I have now placed our "mutt dog" in a wonderful family home for $200.00 and I'm out tons of money and this poor dog has been through everything because of these sick people.

I have filed complaints through Fort Bend, TX animal control and spoke with the lady in charge Debbi. Please also take the time to call them and make sure you make a complaint I see this lady is still in action and scamming people all the time! she needs to be stopped and these helpless animals need to stay out of her care!!!
