She invested $250k with 50% partnership After 6 months Jennifer decided to convert partnership to loan, this was agreed and and after six months of payments Jennifer hid 2 payments ( cashed by her personally ) and filed foreclosure as a second position on lien.

I listed property for sale and accepted a full price offer. Jennifer contacted ' Buyer ' and proposed he pull out of sales agreement and buy in trustee sale. Which he did.
