Here is a mental health caregiver who voluntarily treats dual diagnosis (i.e. depression and eating disorder) but then when that same patient becomes genuinely suicidal, she promptly bails out and heads for the hills--- and the patient dies. 

She so feared for the patient's life that she required the patient to enter into a safety contract promising not to kill herself and sounded the alarm warning that the patient could be suicidal, but she took NO action to keep the patient safe or to Baker Act her.  She failed to get a proper suicide risk evaluation and she failed to get a mental health hold so someone qualified could do so.  She just entered the patient into this contract and closed the case!!!! She went off on her honey moon and came back to a DEAD patient because her head was on her own love life and not on her patient's life. 

This is the worst outcome any caregiver can have.  Don't you think you deserve better??
