The breeder has kept me on a line and has tied up over $900.00 for over two years. They have announced that they are "retiring” and are now focusing on breeding French Bulldogs yet they have still not produced a Rat Terrier puppy for clients they have taken sizable deposits on. I have spoken with several breeders who has read the contracts that 5280 Toy Rat Terriers & 5280 French Bulldogs and every one of them have told me that the prices they are charging and claims they make are extremely over the top, far to costly and not realistic whatsoever. I have asked several times when the next litter of pups are due and have continued to be stalled with no idea when I can expect them to hold up their end of the contract. They have still not produced a puppy and are refusing to provide me with a refund. I do not recommend anyone purchasing a Rat Terrier or a French Bulldog from them. They also sell "designer” dog clothing with higher price tags than human children’s clothing costs. You can find healthier animals at a better price anywhere.

I originally paid the first $300.00 on December 06, 2016 then I paid another $600.00 on December 13, 2016. My alpha Rat Terrier that I had for 16 years had passed away November 2016 and I was and still am incredibly heartbroken. I wanted to clear that time up because although it has felt like far longer than over a year, and that I spoke to the breeder several times before I placed the first deposit, I have waited since the date of the first deposit which was the first $300.00 on December 06, 2016. This has been a very painful interaction. I am completely honest and wanted to make sure the timeframe is correct. I am disabled by Multiple Sclerosis and I had to find the contract to make sure that I had the dates right.
