I paid for 2 Maltese teacup puppies to be shipped to me from Texas. Unfortunatel, the breeder and uship both ripped me off. They both were working together. 

They took advantage of my love for animals. These types of people count on that you’re a lover of animals. 

I paid the shpiping fee as required from uship. They collected the money from Moneygram. Then they sent me a shipping schedule of when they would be delivering the puppies.

As a lover of animals, I was very excited. Needless to say,sometime later, I received an email asking for more money. The email claims that they are in Virginia,and that the state of Virginia was requiring a $650.00 fee for a permit to ship to Florida.

First and foremost, the schedule said that the flight left Texas,stopped in Ohio, then on to Virginia,then land  in to Florida.. the puppies were on a stopover flight.

Again the email claims the money is 98% refundable. Again, they wanted me to use money gram. Well, I refused to pay after I checked with the guidelines for pets being transferred via flights. According to what I read,the puppies were exempt.

I asked them to have a Virginia representative call me., within 5 minutes someone called me,claiming he was representing Virginia. Asking me to pay the money.

After I hung up the phone,I called that number and it’s a google number just like the uship delivery man. Thats when I truly knew I was getting ripped off.

Its so sad that people do this to us. My love for animals makes me a target for thieves like them,and being a senior doesn’t help....

I have all the emails And phone texts for proof.
