Yiwen (Jenny) Chen was brought onto a startup for web developmet. When she was recruited she claimed she was 100% proficiet in web development, went through samples and confidently claimed she would be able to build a website from scratch. This included web development, e-commerce, desing, content.
However, as time proceeded, she failed to deliver results. always late, couldn't stick to tasks, lied about being able to achieve certain results- which cost the compay the bottom line. She lied about her credentials and skills and focused on just demanding more equity out of the company. Her technical skills at the time were questionable if any, and she demanded a false reference from company CEO in an effort to obtain other job positions within NYC
Jenny (Yiwen) Chen is decietful and not to be trusted. she does not deliver results of any kind, and has no value to offer. Be aware and do not deal business with her.
