Jenny Davis Jennifer Davis, Jen Davis Lied, falsified legal documents, falsified information to build her case, knowingly allows drug dealer to rent unit, buys meth w/tenants rent money, accepts meth for the rent, falsifies reports, illegal evictions, makes false promises, has psychotic and abusive tendencies, abuses her children physically, mentally and emotionally, makes threatening and harassing texts and phone calls. Jenny Davis is a slumlord from pschizophrenic lane! 

Jenny Davis is a scandalous, lying, drug addicted slumlord! Whatever you do, stay away from her! Do not rent from her! she is by far one of the most psychotic, vengeful, manipulative, and deceptive people I've ever had the misfortune of meeting! 

If you happen to catch her on a sober day when she's out of money and drugs, just look out! She will make threatening and harassing phone calls/texts even before the rent is due! On the contrary, this vice of the landlord's could easily be down played into your fortune.....if you're a drug dealer. Jenny Davis is an addict and will accept meth for the rent money! 

If for whatever reason you should fall even a little behind in your rent, she'll promise you a million and one resolutions that she'll forget about when it matters most. Or she just won't admit to it. At this point, she will lie, beg, borrow steal, abuse her power, falsify documents, threaten to have your children removed claiming you're doing things you're not. Including, but not limited to: falsely claiming you use heroin, alcohol and other drugs directly in front of your children. Thus her reasoning for turning you into child protective services. 

She promises services that she cannot provide. Such as free cable and garbage. Here's what that really means for you as the tenant: she high jacks cable and allows you to tap into it. For trash services: she says, trash will be picked up by either herself (which never happened in 6 months) or the maintenance man; i.e. another tenant who just so happens to be the suspected, then admitted crawl space creeper. Here's what this really means: the maintenance man throws your trash into his trailer, drives it 4 or 5 blocks down the road to the landlord's house. Where they pile it into her garage and begin to dig through it! 

She will claim that you're a thief, a liar. And anytime one of your neighbors does something messed up, she'll blame you! 

All of this she most definitely put into writing! Just as long as it has nothing to do w/her actions or short comings! Don't expect to see any of these papers at any time before she decides to illegally evict you. Why because they won't exist! Because they are not true! She won't write these things until its time to actually go in front of the judge. So, you never get to see them because she presented, posted, or mailed them. As law states she's required to do. You don't get to read them over then sign them like law also states should take place. You don't even get to defend the falsity in and of them. Nothing! Not until they're included in her judgement. 

She has knowledge of other tenants sneaking through attic and basement crawl spaces and will take NO action into preventing it from further happening. This is based on a confession from another tenant that he does these things. She knows and does nothing! 

Her building is far from code! They're has never been any fire walls in the attic crawl space to the three unit building. Which by the way, she only owns now because she fought her husband for it in their divorce! 

Jenny Davis has lost one child of her own to DHS. This has had zero affect on her ability to better parent the younger two that currently live w/her. She will coach them into harassing your children at school functions or the local park!  When they fall victim to her quick to anger disposition, she screams at them, pulls their hair and tells them how stoopid they are! 

Now I realize after rereading this report, it could seem like nothing more than an ex tenant angry because they got evicted. However, most, if not all of this can be proven in some way. Either in writing, police reports, court documents or eye witnesses. And I assure all who read this, I am not the first tenant she's done these vile things to. I most certainly hope to be the last! I will be taking this to the next level and seeing it through to the end! Whatever that entails, I'm unsure of. I just think that my children and I have been through quite enough at the hands of this wretched woman!
