Jensen GoodYear Tire Of Omaha after inspecting my car for struts they put them back on the wrong way! Omaha Nebraska

I took my van to Jensen Tire to get the struts done. They called me to tell me that they couldn't get the mounts off and it would cost more for them to do it. My husband and I told them that we couldn't afford it at this time, so we picked it up and they gave me a quote with what I need done on it.

Anyways....months later I had to take my van in for other problems but I took it to my husband's friend's garage. (We decided that we would rather pay more and make sure that things are done right after hearing horror stories about Jensen Tire.) He did my struts there and he told me that Jensen Tire had put the struts on the wrong way when they worked on it!!!! I was so mad! To think that I drove my van that long and they were not put together right!!!

I hate to say this but my husband even works in the warehouse at Jensen Tire (I hope this doesn't get him into trouble!), but he told his manager what happened and he didn't say anything. SO...I'm writing in to here! My husband would rather not use his employee discount and go somewhere else and pay a LOT more to make sure that the work is done right! That's pretty sad!
