Jeremy and Iscope Media/Digital sold me data for $625 that was completely worthless. The first red flag was that this internet based business would not accept a credit card because their merchant service was down. Just maybe they do not accept credit cards so that the sale cannot be reversed and they don't have to explain why they are selling bad data. There is a free organization site that will inform you as to whether an email is good or not and I used ithttp://verify-email.org/which uncovered why I was getting no response from the bad data.
The second red flag was that Jeremy Gleason did not want me to send his email addresses through Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or any other "reputable" email service because they don't accept his data. I sent the lists anyway and was blackballed by Constant Contact because they said that most emails are from companies that haven't existed in over 10 years.
You would think that after uncovering the bad data that Iscope Media aka IScope Digital would refund my $625 which would have satisfied me as the damage done was greater than that. I did not receive a call or email addressing the request.
I have all of the documentation I need to proceed with a lawsuit. Please recognize the above listed red flags and don't be foolish like me.

Hey genius, ConstantContact doesn't accept purchased lists

I hate spammers, especially dumb ones.
here's the privacy policy straight from Constant Contact:
Permission Policy
Constant Contact allows you to import a list of email addresses for your use in Constant Contact.
These email addresses MUST BE opt-in email addresses.
The following types of email addresses are NOT appropriate:
Any purchased list of email addresses from ANY source - no matter what that source claims.
here's a direct link: http://constantcontact.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/constantcontact.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=2129&p_sid=5bzvU6mk&p_lva=2912&p_redirect=1
I don't blame them for not refunding your money. It says on Constant Contact and all of those sites that they cancel your account if you use a purchase list.
Next time, why don't you do a little research? You should never buy a list, spammer.

Why were you buying $625 worth of random people's e-mail addresses in the first place? It sure sounds like you are a spammer, in which case you deserved this - although I'm holding out hope that maybe you had some legitimate reason for doing this after all, even though you didn't provide one and I can't think of any.
