I would like to report Jeremy McGilvrey - an ex convicted convict. Here is an article of him - in 2009 he was caught stealing from old people.

Guys, please avoid him. He is the biggest fraudster online.
Jeremy McGilvrey is now back 7 years later, trying to establish himself but he has been caught using various different false names online. Notably, this guy has some anger issues. I recently purchased his product, and I wanted a refund, since in the terms and conditions it clearly stated he would offer a refund. right?
Well Jeremy McGilvrey not only refused the refund but threatened to put my name on social media and he even said he will "send people to beat me up".
I have never been depressed like this before. I would not pay this guy a penny. He has been caught scamming people before, and this time he is going to do it online. Please report him to the Police if he tries to threaten you.
Jeremy McGilvrey shame on you and your Internet fake Instagram followers!

Still Scamming!

Oh my gawd! This guy is still scamming people! Saw on Amazon he wrote another book! It popped up on my Amazon because I saw his other book sometime back. He has some good reviews, but how much you want to guess he paid these people to write those review or peope he knows.
Can't believe people fall for his tricks. Really think people who believe him are naive but he is a great manipulator. From my understanding he has cheated other people. How is he not in jail?
Peop;e deserve second chances but his guy is still a POS. He is still scamming people. He did get banned from Facebook and Instagram. People don't just get banned for no reason, usually they are resticted for a month and then go back on.
This guy did something really bad for them to bann him. They usually ban porn, indecent images or SCAMS. If the red flags are there-- Pay attention to them. He steals, lies, makes himself to be the genius of marketing, but also he just an aggressive person.
I advise people not to buy his books, Instagram Secrets or CEO. He's a charlaman, basically full ot it.
He did not pay back his restitution. He can swear u and down but he still owes millions.

I concur with the statements filed in the original complaint as well as the user comment above. This guy is a scam artist through and through. Instagram has banned him from their platform and issued a C&D for the Instajam website. As suggested above, contact the authorities (SAPD) and make a report. Furthermore, report him to his parole officer Armando Pena with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as he is on supervised parole until 2029. I would be shocked if his "business" practices didn't violate his parole terms seeing as he's been convicted before of felony fraud. If we all report his misconduct, there will be no option but to prosecute him for fraud related to his social media marketing endeavors.

You know this guy is probably still on probation/parole. Report him. It happened in San Antonio so that's where you should call. I don't see how he hasn't been busted. Do they not keep up with him on FB or IG? There are a ton of guys like this this.
