Jeremy Reich metal roofing, gutters New Berlin Pennsylvania

We hired this man and his brother, Brian Munns to put a metal roof on our garage back in September, 2014.  We had some trouble getting them to come and do the work, but eventually they did show up and over the next several weeks the job was done.  They did a good job on that roof so we felt comfortable having them come back to put matching roof on house, encase the soffet with vinyl and install seemless gutters on both garage and house.

Took  a little more coaxing, but they finally did show up and installed the house roof.  Told me they had gone over the budget by $200.00 because "the price of the soffet material had gone way up".  We hesitated, but paid them the exrtra  money because my husband was pretty satisfied with their work.  They told me they had a gutter guy that would bring his machine to our house and roll the gutters, and Brian and Jerry would then install the gutters with hidden hooks.  The gutters would be $400.00.  They did not come for several weeks to install gutters, and after several text messages to Brian, they sheduled the install for 10/16/2014.  My husband and I were to be out of town that day.  They told us they would still have the guy come because we had no gutters on the house at this point and we were expecting bad weather, but....the gutter guy would need to be paid the day he came.  We trusted Brian and Jerry at this point, so we gave them the $400.00 to pay the gutter guy (they never gave us this man's name, or we would contact him).

We returned that day to no gutters.  Then the rain came.  After several very panicked texts and phone calls with Brian, they promised to get the gutters on right away.  As of today, January 5, 2015, we still have no gutters.What we have had is water in our basement every time we get inclement weather.   Talked to Brian end of November (when I could finally get through to him, Jerry never gave us his number) and told him we were done waiting.  We wanted our money back.  He promised me he still had the money, gave a very moving act of being upset that I was angry and promised he would "make things right".  He is now avoiding my calls and my texts.  So we have no money and no gutters.  We need the $400.00 back so my husband can install regular gutters himself, which  does not make him happy.

I finally found Jerry's number this evening.  By the things he told us in conversation while they were here, I don't believe he lives there any longer, but I am not done trying to track him or Brian Munns down.
