Jeromes Furniture Worst Customer Service EVER! And Defective Merchandise rancho Cucamongo California

I bought a Storage bed, it broke.  I bought the insurance so I was promised a new bed.  They delivered 4 beds which were all damaged or defective.  I was told that those beds have many problems....Didn't tell me that when I bought it!!  It was recommended that I switch to a different bed.  which i did.  They delivered 4 of those and ALL of those were damged or defective!  After numerous phne calls, and almost a year, I was promised by the head of customer service that the next bed (9th) would be perfect.  It had a giant crack in the bottom.  I demanded my money back.  I was First promised that I could get a refund, then told only store credit.  Who still shop there after all that?  They are refusing to refund my money after almost a year of complaints.
