Jerry and Shaun Cohen, along with the help of Ron Bol committed a massive Ponzi scheme in Chicago!!!  They are the Bernie Madoff copycats of Chicago.

Over 900 investors to the tune of over 135 million dollars was stolen in Chicago on fake and phony real estate transactions and accounting.

The SEC has shut down this company and frozen all their assets.  A receiver has been appointed by the courts to see if he can retrieve some money 

from the 90 buildings of over 1,700 units in Chicago.

The Cohens are filthy fragrant liars who deceived the investors and are real scumbags.   They would take new money to pay old money.

Shaun Cohen, the son of Jerry Cohen, was the President of the company and dutifully carried out his father`s wishes to cheat, 

defraud, and steal the investors" money!   He moved about 1 year ago from Dallas, Texas to the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

He recently fled to Turkey with his wife, who is from Turkey.  

Ron Bol who works in Chicago and lives in the area was the COO of Equity Build.  This massive Ponzi scheme could never happen

without the total cooperation and implementation by Ron Bol.

I believe that the Cohen`s and Ron Bol should spend the rest of their lives in jail like Bernie Madoff!
