Jerry Ballio Mobile Home Service ripoff lied cheated and did substandard work is not insured or bonded Alvarado Texas

Mr Ballio was referred to us by redman mobile home manufacturing as being an honest and reliable repairman (ha,ha)oh contrare,honesty is the farthest thing from his mind.Mr Ballio has lied,cheated and over charged and refused to supply a list of parts and there cost, has done sub-standard work with untrained labor (not sure if they are legal aliens or not).Case in point, he claimed to know how to install a new subfloor in our kitchen,closet and bath, we had suffored a flood in our kitchen and all of the above along with new vinyl had to be replaced.Instead of screwing the new plywood floor down, he nailed it and now the plywood is popping up.He also installed new vinyl and damaged it in the process and then refused to replace it.He said the supply house where he got the new linen closet and vanity for the masterbath required payment in full, that was a bald faced lie.The vanity shows stress points due to improper installation, he refused to paint linen closet side.

Now I have to hire another contractor to repair his sub- standard work!I also don't think he has an electricians license,he is not insured or bonded,beware people!
