I was ripped off by jerry mohan when i decided to buy a phone of him, he sold me a water damaged phone. I met up with him he seemed like a very nice guy, so i bought the phone and as soon as i got home the phone was giving me no service, and called him and he was rude told me he was busy and said NO Refunds, i took it to iphone repairs and AT&T store and they told me it was water damaged phone. Later after trying to resolve my issue i come to find out that jerry moahnis the owner of the compnay First fortune realty, so Please beare of jerry if he did this to me for $350, imagine how much money he could get from you on a realty transaction. Please watch out this guy is not trustworthy

Don't deal with Alexander Torres: Scammer

AUTHOR: JerryM - (U.S.A.)

This kid bought a fully functional iPhone and thoroughly inspected and tested the unit to make sure it was functioning properly. 4 hrs later I start receiving phone calls from him saying the iPhone does not work it is water damaged and he wants a refund. He could have droped the phone in water himself?? Changed out the parts since he said his previous job was a phone technician?? A phone technician should of been able to determine a water damaged iPhone before buying it. Any iPhone owner will confirm this. Anyways...after he did whatever to the iPhone he expects me to refund his money and take it back damaged because I own a reputable company. His quote was "I probably make $350 in an hour and he has to work a week for it". When you buy a used item in as-is condition its your responsibility to ensure your buying a working-undamaged item. He probably thought he could get away with it due to my profile but I just refused to return the monies due to the timeframe of 4 hrs. These scammers are out there trying to replace their own damaged units at the expense of others and should be brought to attention. Here is is information: Alexander Torres 954-554-5642. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or concerns about this matter.
