Jerry Williams dba South West Equipment Jerry Williams, Southwest Equipment Does not pay for services provided Ardmore Oklahoma

1) Mr. Williams was looking to avoid our basic service fee upfront, and due to his persistence we gave him a $ 50.00 discount. Our Basic service fees are $ 525.00, and we only billed him $ 475.00 2) We do not ever specify any exact amount of photos. Per our invoice which he received, no exact number of photos is indicated. 3) Our photos are strictly to help document mechanical problems, and provide evidence of unsafe conditions. We provided over 80 photos to document the extreme state of disrepair of this backhoe unit which we inspected for Mr. Williams. 4) Despite this backhoe unit being extremely unsafe, we provided ample photos (over 80) to help document it's problems, which we provided along with a detailed checklist evaluation report. 5) Mr. Williams requested a second link, in addition to the original photo link we provided. I explained due to the additional time and effort involved, we would need to charge an additional amount of $ 50.00 Mr. Williams declined paying this additional amount, and insisted we should provide him a second link for free. 6) Privacy laws strictly prohibit our company from releasing personal and private information about any of our employees. Mr. Williams called me on September 10, 2013 demanding the personal contact information of our inspector. I explained confidentiality laws make it illegal for me to provide this information. Mr. Williams became very upset, and kept insisting I provide him this information. 7) Our employees are extremely qualified to do the jobs we assign, to collect and document evidence of mechanical problems and safety issues, which we provided to Mr. Williams, which is what we were hired to do. 8) Our invoice clearly states we will provide photos to document our inspection, but does not state we are required to provide any additional or secondary links. Providing secondary or additional links were not stated or included on our invoice. 9) We charged $ 475.00 to provide a basic mechanical and safety inspection on Mr. Williams backhoe, without any exact number or amount of photos specified. 10) When I spoke with Mr. Williams on August 30, I confirmed he did receive 83 photos and the report. We discussed the mechanical problems and safety issues with this machine, and advised him it was very unsafe. Due to the unsafe condition, the inspector could not continue with the inspection. 11) When I spoke with Mr. Williams on August 30, he made no mention he was unhappy with our service. He did not ask for any more photos, and he sounded grateful that we saved him thousands of dollars on an unsafe machine that needed extensive repairs. 12) Mr. Williams contacted me on September 10, demanding the personal information of my employee. I explained that based on privacy laws I cannot provide him this information. He made no complaints of the service he had already received. 13) Our company fulfilled our end of the invoice; Mr. Williams does not deserve a refund because I cannot release private personal information of our employees. We have done everything he has paid us to do per our invoice.
