My granddaughter is being ripped off by Jerry's Automotive in Arlington Texas. He refused to give her a written estimate, instead told both her mother and her via the phone that he would charge between $300-400 to replace her thermostat and water pump and for an additional 700, he would replace her hoses. This after charging her $82. to tow her 94 Dodge PU to his shop (approx 8 miles).
