JESSE FUKUSHIMA FIRST INSURANCE CO ALAMO CAR RENTAL KAUAI HNL, HI did not pay for the damage, he sustained backing out of h is parking spot as he hit the, slightly agar, catching the driver's door, and the scraping the rear bumper, causing damage to thALAMO CAR RENTAL that was parked.  LIHUE / KAPAA HAWAII

 I am not in any way responsible for this damage to the ALAMO CAR RENTAL parked at the County Parking Lot in the vacinity of the Mayors Office, dated:03/04/2013. This non collision accident remains on the Damage Recovery Unit/ALAMO; i am unable to rent a vehicle from any Car Rental Agency.

The Alamo Car Rental was parked outside the County Building, in a properly marked space with sufficient space on either side for of the vehicle for ingress and egress.  Mr. Jesse Fukushima admitted that he did not look in his rear view mirror as he rapidly drove his mother's vehicle backward out of his designed parking spot, and turned to the left as he moved backward; thereby catching the drivers side door and scraping the rear bumper of the Alamo Car Rental, causing the damage delinated by the Damage Recovery Unit/Alamo.

Mr. Jesse Fukushima was in a great hurry, he was rude to me, and assumuing that I was a tourist with a Rental Vehicle.  He said just that.

In a letter from the Damage Recovery Unit/Alamo, dated: April 05, 2013 you stated that "our review indicated that you are responsible for the damages to our vehicle".  "Enclosed please find documaentation to support our claim". NO Documentation To Support Their Claim Was Submitted with or in this letter.

Mr. Jesse Fukushima reported this accident fraudulently by false information.  He did not admit his total fault in this non collesion accident.

Mr. Jesse Fukushima, and First Insurance Company of Hawaii are responsible for the damage to the ALAMO Damage Recovery Unit.
