Wanted to order Jesse Web Options Magic offer. During due diligence went to the website he recommended to enroll. while checking their "terms" box under the "order now" box I found that what I was getting into was not only an order for the book but a monthly charge on the credit card I would authorize them to charge the card a monthly subscription of $49.95. But could cancel it at by writing to them at least 3 days prior to thier first charge. It also state that no refund would be given in connection with the cancellation. This is highly unethical and advertising mumbo jumbo. YOU MUST check out any businesses terms and conditions during due diligence to keep from getting into such pickles. And by all means check out Ripoff Reports and Judge or invest accordingly

What you say about the subscription fee being in the terms etc. is true. about the rest of your rebuttal since I didn't order it I will take your opinion for. However if it is so obvious why don't you but the information in the body of the offer? or could it be that many who order it don't find out about it until they get there first Credit Card statement?
Or wouldn't order it in the first place? I suspect the later. And you are right a lot of the other internet business offers place that information in the same place. Nothing illegal about it but I suspect some day the states attorney general or some other regulatory agency will make it mandatory, but until the then its a free legal ride, but then you know that don't you?

Pointing out the legal posted Terms is not due diligence

Sorry Chopper but pointing out the posted legal and obvious terms is not due diligence nor reason to post a blatant spin on such facts.
This is far from any kind of scam from my experience. You have to enter your credit card to order the information, I don't just blindly NOT read the terms and conditions. Its pretty simple to click a link to scan one paragraph of terms to see if there is a auto billing component to the offer. Its really not uncommon on these kind of offers. I buy them all the time. I actually have the service and have used it for the past 6 months. The stock picks have really been quite good and the book, while not rocket science gave me a few useful tid bits to add to my quiver of trading info. So for what its worth folks, wake up and read the terms when you buy anything. I don't really think its fair to blame these guys for your own lack of research. Even good old time magazine and the like give you the freebees then start an auto billing. Let us all just use some common sense when ordering online.
There's nothing wrong with this company or service. Its pretty strait forward, has some good tools. There is a ton of education videos on the site I went through. I think some people have just gotten bent out of shape because when buying the book the subscription service is also offered as a 45 day free trial which starts an auto billing cycle if its not canceled. I remember the terms being plastered on everything, the order confirm page the welcome email etc. I honestly didnt feel like it was hidden. to cancel you only have to send an email so that is not a big deal.
