Jessica Benavidez owner of RGV Puppies is a scammer! Even though i did finally receive my puppy after much stalling & ignoring my emails & phone calls! And he is very adorable but, he also did Not come with the CKC registration papers that were promised on her site!
I also am not sure of his age. His health certificate says 10 weeks but, health record says 8 weeks. So which is it i ask myself?! Not to mention he was shipped across the country & didn't even get his rabies shots because the record shows he was too young! I guess i'm not a genius here but isn't that a little dangerous?
She also claims that these puppies are well socialized but i don't think she knows the meaning of socialized because i've never seen a puppy so scared in my life! Hopefully with lots of love he will come around.
Jessica Benavidez is scamming people left & right & is getting away with it! I really don't want to see anybody else get scammed! She needs to be shut down! So please spread the word. Maybe if enough people know about her deceiving puppy mill she'll eventually go out of business!

I believe there may have been some puppies arriving with tapeworms in some of the recent reports so you may want to have your vet check or be sure to use a dewormer which kills tapeworms as well. Even well socialized chi's can sometimes take some time to 'warm up' :-), glad things are going a little better. Good luck.

Still No Word From Jessica!

Well it has now been one week since i received my puppy and i have not heard one word from Jessica. I have sent her many emails and called but, she just refuses to reply. I also emailed CKC and hopefully will be able to get my papers. My puppy is coming along pretty good although still frightened especially around new faces. But we continue to give him plenty of love and have high hopes for him.

hello their , you too have been scammed -i have had my puppy a month now and still only comes to me -scared of everyone -he acts as if i am his mom -in the way he literally hides behind me a sneaks peaks -like he was in a den hole in the wild
he acts as if he was wild. very loving too me .
i advise you to email the continetal kellel club-where your pup should have been registered -you still could possibly get papers (have to send pictures and get witness signatures) . but most important you need to file a complaint about jessica and rgvpuppies.
then if you paid moneygram you need to call them and also file a consumer report..
if we all do maybe we could make a difference
