Jessica Chaillaux Yoshi Boyd Afghan Hound puppy Ripoff yuma Arizona

In 2016 I contacted Jessica Chaillaux. we talked for several months. She was selling afghan hound puppies and I was going to adopt one. I put down a $300 deposit I live in flordia and she lives in arizona. I sent the money to her long before my female puppy was ready. several weeks later I was speaking to her and we were making arrangements to ship my puppy to me. I was speaking to another person who had already adopted a female puppy and THAT person informend me she had already sold all the female puppies. When I contacted Chaillaux informed me she had already sold her and was NOT returning my money.She claimed it was"too hot" to ship. Jessica NEVER informed me there was an issiue. She kept my money and refused to send me the puppy she strung me along for weeks and I still to this day have not recieved a refund.
