I hosted a party in my home through consultant Jessica Cook on September 6, 2013 where she demonstrated and sold intimacy products. It took months of hasseling Jessica for my friends and coworkers to receive the products that they had ordered and paid for. It has now been 5 months and I have still not received the products I paid for. She has changed her phone number and does not respond to e-mail or facebook messages. I reached out to the corporate office for assistance and was basically told that the consultants are independent business owners and basically "what do you want ME to do about it?" by Michelle at 800-472-7746.

Jessica originally (9-27-13) said that she had moved and the order was mistakenly shipped to her old address then returned to the warehouse without her knowledge. She said she would reorder and we should have them in 10-14 days. When they did not arrive in that time I contacted her again (10-15-13) by text and got a snippy "I've done all I can do" response. As guests started to contact her about reversing charges through their banks the products started to show up shipped 3-day express.

I let her know that I still had not received my order. She promised me a hostess basket full of lotions, free products, and a spa day for all of the inconvenience. She said she actually had the items I ordered in stock and would bring them to my workplace as well as the basket. She told me on at least 4 separate occasions that she was coming to drop off the items and never showed up. She held me off with excuse after excuse until it was too late to reverse the charges through my bank.

The corporate office is of no help on the issue. I was told that the consultants are basically their customers and are independent business owners. Therefore, they are accountable to no one, not even the company they represent and whose name they operate under. If these consultants take your money and never deliver the products then all they can recommend is that you contact your bank/credit card company or seek legal action.

Jessica will say that my order was shipped along with my guests' and that she has confirmation. I have asked her for a tracking number or whatever information she has as "confirmation" so that I can look into what happened. She would never provide this information. She has not responded to me by any means since before Thanksgiving when she made yet another promise to deliver the products and basket right after the holiday. If I had received the order I certainly wouldn't go through all of this trouble. And even if I had received the products I paid for it still would not excuse the lack of communication, being jerked around for months, and the hostess gift/basket that she never delivered as promised.

I have our entire text conversation from September 6th to November 19th and any emails. Jessica told Michelle at corporate that she stayed in constant contact with me through email. I had not received anything from Jessica via email other than the receipt from my order until Nov 26th when I could no longer reach her by phone because she "lost it and had to change her number". She says she forwarded these emails to corporate so they would have them on file. I don't know if she has me confused with someone else, actually believes I got the order or what the issue is. Whatever the case may be she knows she never showed up and never delivered ANYTHING to ME.

Hi Jessica. This is the last email I received from you other than my receipt from Square on Sept 6th. Michelle at the corporate office said you sent her copies of email conversations between us and Amy said you told her you emailed me about the loss of your phone. I'm beginning to wonder if you have me/my information confused with someone else. My cell # is *********. My work address is **********. I will be there until 9pm tonight. Then 9am to 2pm on Friday. If those times don't work for you we can work something else out. I'm sure you are as anxious as I am to have this done and over with.

Hi Lori,

Yes, I did send you emails. I forwarded them to corporate so that they were on file. I had left my phone at Ellenton Sat morning. Nike store. Was gone by the time I realized. Then my family and friends started getting prank calls and messages from my number. I had to get a new phone on Monday and change my number bc of this crazy person having it.

As soon as I got home I emailed you because I wanted you to be aware and not think I was not responding if you called. That is what I forwarded to Michele. Corp went ahead and made sure that your order, Sarahs order and Chessies orders were shipped and delivered. I do however have a very beautiful basket fillwd woth goodies for you. And I desperately want you to have it for the inconvenience. As I have neevr had this happen before and am so sorry you had to deal with the headache of it.

Please let me know. Amy gave me your number. I can contact you to meet up after the thanksgiving holidays if this is ok.

That would be great. I can't for the life of me figure out how I wasn't getting the mail you were sending me and now no emails between sept 6 receipt and now. Anyway, have a happy thanksgiving. See you next week.

Hi Jessica. I work 9 to 9 tomorrow Dec 6th at *********on the corner of Bloomingdale and ******* in ****** Bloomingdale Ave. and if that is not convenient I also work 9 to 2 Friday, 9 to 6 sat and 9 to 5 Sunday. Chessi and Sarah have received their products. Pam received the travel voucher. I have not received my products and am still hoping to meet with you for the basket. Tomorrow is 3 months after my party. Please let me know when I can expect you.

Should I just give up on ever seeing my products or basket and go to my bank and reverse the charge?
