Jessica London would not cancel order only 5 minutes after it was placed. will have to pay to have sent back to them Ripoff Taunton Massachusetts

I placed an online order with Jessica London on 6/13 in the a.m. using a Roamans credit card. Roamans, along with Lane Bryant, Chadwicks, King Size and others, must be affiliated since you can use one credit card to purchase from the other companies. Five minutes after placing the order, I called to cancel the order because I noticed a discrepency on my Roamans statement. The Jessica London representative told me they could not cancel my order because it had alread been processed. I asked her if it had left the warehouse yet and she told me no that it was just processed in the system. I asked why someone could not just hit a few keys on the keyboard and cancel it instead of me having to pay to send it back when I receive it. She just said it was out of her hands and would be shipped. Hello people!! This is ridiculous. I know there was a way to cancel that order. I made an order with Roamans right after I did with Jessica London and Roamans had no problem cancelling my order. Sounds like Jessica London has a hidden agenda. Guess I will find out when the unwanted order comes.
