Jessica Lucas of td auto finance works in their problem resolution department. She contacted a Cindy Rigdon at the bbb who was useless imo in regards to a complaint I had entered stating that I could not get a payoff for my current loan in 2018 with td Auto finance. She stated I only had an old account years ago and that I had no account with them now. I provided proof to both Jessica Lucas and Cindy yet neither one could care bc the bbb works for the company not for the customer. Basically Jessica lied to the bbb said I had no account recently that’s why they couldn’t help me. Hilarious since a ms. Isaac at that same office that Jessica Lucas works for told me I did have an account - provided me with the account number and Also told me the payoff which was what I was looking for all along. Jessica lied saying I got denied for the Audi but if she actually looked at her records she would see that was a lie and she told that lie continually to the bbb who Cindy Rigdon there could care less. Beware of td auto finance and their outright Lying and the bbb that governs them - Cindy Rigdon director who could care less. Rather close out a case and then say she’ll try and see what’s up after she closed it. Stay clear -
