I have met Jesterine Quinn in 2006. She promised to have electronics and game systems, I ordered a small order and paid with a credit card. She delivered those to build business relationship. After that I sent her $14,400 for game systems. I found out she was giving my money to Lela Yvonne Garner who is pretty famous here on rip off report. They have given me a fake tracking number after another, told me so many lies about the games being in route to me. for 30 days the games were in route to me!! I finally gave up.

I have Jesterine Quinn's address and as of today suing her in a small claims court. Eventhough I cant sue her for the whole amount in small claims court, and cant afford to hire a lawyer to take her to bigger court. I'll settle for about half of that, if I can win that much. But please be ware of this lady, her husband is in on the deal aswell, His name is John Quinn and they are both thiefs. for 8 months she has been lying to me about where the games were, and she gave my money to Yvonne Garner who is also in California.

If anyone wants to do something about Yvonne or Jesterine, I'll be willing to help. Jesterine has stopped taking my calls or replying to my emails. I have also talked to another gentleman whom she stole $40,000 from after promising him Apple iphones, she took his money and never gotten back with her. I also have the contact information of that gentlemen. Last I heard he was contacting the FBI and local authority but none of them could help him. Jesterine will also give you a fake person to use as a reference. dont believe it, its fake.
