Jet Counsel Charged my wife mutliple times for doing nothing Internet

 My eife went to WenMD and saw a ask the doctor thing and she was sent somewhere that we can identify, because when I tried follow the links it's now all goes to Amazon. She was chargec $5., which I thought was a good deal. No where did it say there would be a $30 charge, and find out today there was a $46 dollar charge. We have tried calling the phone number and got a taped message, which we left a message, and it said for faster service email to info@jetcounsel.com and have not received no reply. Called the bank to dispute the charges and we had to cancel her card. I am wondering if this was a scam connecting WebMD and Jet counsel.
