I felt it necessary to add to the complaints against Jet Set.
My 2 year old daughters have NEVER received payment for work they did in June 2011. I have tried every avenue to get their money... I know it has been cashed by Jet Set in July 2011. I was about as bothersome as possible, because I just couldn't believe this was happening.
I finally got an email from "jsw@zohosupport.com" in Nov 2011 saying their checks would be issued. However, I have never received the checks, or a repsonse to any of my 5 emails.
Jet Set, and this "payroll" company give you NO NAMES, NO OTHER CONTACT INFO. I have tried SAG, and the zoho corp office to try and help....
This money was to go to my girls college fund, and not I have wasted countless hours of my life trying to resolve this

I have had the same issue with JetSet and it's great to see that more people are filing a complaint. You can also go to the Labor board an file a complaint. I believe that there is strength in numbers and the more people that come forward and voice their complaint, the better. JetSet sent us a generic reply about "reporting our issue to management." e never heard back. They never respond to emails or calls. We too saved the money for our daughter's college fund and I don't like the fact that my daughter has been taken advantage of. JetSet is an unprofessional agency and I hope they go out of business for good.
