I am writing to report J.E.T.S.-NDT, also known as J & E Technical Services LLC, and goes by the owner's name Jason Kuhn. This company is a Governement Contract company registered with CCR, the owner Jason Kuhn and his wife Bobbi approached me (a freelance designer to create a website for JETS NDT along with a logo). The meeting was January 5, 2008. We made an oral agreement and later made written agreements via email corespondents. Luckily I saved all of the emails and the voice mails that I was left by them. The one they claim jokingly even "its the final count down, look right" the owner is my next door neighbor on the right.

The agreement was they would provide the text and I would design a website for 1000 dollars. I came up with three different initial designs and asked them to pick one. They chose one and then asked for me to make some alterations to the colors. It took 6 months for me to receive all of the final text but I did keep my bargain and finished their website June of 2008. I spent over 80 hours and even spent my wedding anniversary at the beach working on their site, while my family got enjoy their vacation. I gave them a big discount. Initially when they came to me I offered to exchange the work for some sort of service, but Mr Kuhn who had worked as a contractor in Iraq, had recently came back bragging about the 100,000 dollars he had made and money is no issue, they wanted to pay me. So I trusted them. But I should never trust someone who is a business owner and who's personal credit is lower then most of America's.

They never complied the their end of the bargain and ignored every attempt I made to collect the money the agreed to pay me for my services. I find they are an immoral and unprofessional company they can not look me in the eye and give me an explanation. Here is the CCR info. I find they are immature business people and I do not understand how they do business with government agencies, I as a Govt contractor myself feel that there is standards in professionalism. I feel hurt and saddened as I would never do this to anyone especially doing business with your very next door neighbor who you have only been kind too him and his family.. he bit the hand.
