Jevene, - Lift Visage ripoff, dead-end contact information, scam! Tarzana California

My story is just like everyone else's. I replied to the product research panel ad and ordered the Jevene product for the cost of shipping. I received the product about 12 days later (barely within the 14-day cancellation timeframe). I tried calling their CS number repeatedly and was told that "this mailbox is full and cannot receive any more messages." I went online and immediately cancelled it using their cancellation form. I received a confirmation number, so I figured everything was fine.

Nope. About a week later, I got a package with more Jevene, and they charged my card. I tried to call the CS number again with the same result. I found another number, which took me to an automated menu and asked me to leave a message, but there was no beep. I tried leaving one after the message anyway, but it just kept repeating the voice message. So I put "return to sender" on the envelope and sent it back. It was returned to me a few days later marked "refused."

Two weeks after the first full-sized shipment, I got another. So they had charged my card twice in two weeks. When I looked at my credit card statement, I discovered that I had been charged by two different companies -- Jevene and Lift Visage. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charges, so at this time, they have been removed so that they can "research" the charges. I also marked the second package "return to sender" and sent it back. I have not received it back, nor have I had another shipment (yet), so maybe this is being handled by my credit card company. I really hope so.
