Jevene lift Visage ripoff, wiped out my bank account Tarzana California

I, like everyone else answered an internet add for a free Dell Laptop. I went thru the initial survey and signed up for two free trial offers. One was for Jeneve and since it was a small shipping fee, I thought that was fine. It wasn't and boy am I paying for it now.. There was NO mention of autoshipping of thier product, which of course I neer received at all!!! I carefully read the agreement and saw that mine stated that it was a one time offer wih no obligations for future purchases. I never received anything from Jevene, so I wrongfully assumed that my trial offer had been accepted and cancelled.

I'm a single mother of a 14 year old son, I receive no child support, so I am sole support for him, I work full time and attend college full time, working on my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, so a laptop would have been ideal for not only me but my son as well to work on our school work. Needless to say money is tight and every penny is counted for.I should have known better, but seeing a reputable name like Dell attached to this scam, I willingly took the bait. I did cancel my entire entry for the laptop when I was required to sign up for more trials.

Or at least I thought I cancelled the entire process.They only way I found out that Jevene was continuing to bill me frudulently for 57.90 plus shipping and handling, was that this company had wiped out my bank account and all my legitimate charges and bills were bouncing like rubber balls.

When I received an overdraft notice for the tune of $750.00 (to date and still a chance of more charges), I immediately called my bank to check on my account and found out what was up. My car payment bounced after Jevene billed my bank account three times in two weeks, before my paycheck cleared my bank, so the check was absorbed to cover the overdraft charges caused thanks to Jevene. I am lucky, my bank's fraud department is sending me out the necessary forms to report Jevene. But, I am now in debt to my bank and other charge companies.

I too tried in vain to contact Jevene, after finding thier company telephone number on the web, but the number is constantly busy 24/7. Come on, no company is on the line 24/7!! It must be busy with everyone calling that has been ripped off by them. I have tried emailing the company and have received no response. Nothing!!
I am contacting an attorney and my State's Attorney General to press charges against them. I am also filing a report with my Better Business Bureau in Pittsburgh, since there is nothing listed in either way, good or bad on this company here!

As for a Class Action Lawsuit against this company, its parent companies and any affiliate compnaies, I am 100% for it.
Someone contact me on this board and I will gladly sign on.. I want not only the return of thier charges, but I also want them to be forced to refund the charges they caused my personal bank account to bounce.

Had they never been in my bank account without my authorization in the first place, my account would be in order and I would not be worrying about how I am to pay this unnecessary debt back and how my son and I are supposed to survive while I clean up Jevene's mess to my financial situation.
