Do not buy from Jewelry by Novel, aka Diamond Beat, they are a complete scam, care nothing for their customers, only taking their money and ripping them off!
I bought what was written on an internal appraisal to be a pair of F VS2, 2.75 excellent cut diamond studs. I took them to a reputable appraiser and what I received is H, I1's, 2.13 good cut. The company refused to give me my money back or replace them with genuine stones of the quality promised to me.
I am reporting them to the BBB, L.A. Times and hiring a lawyer. I spent almost 10 K on these! I will see you in court Edwin Novel! Thanks for making this issue 1000 times bigger than in needed to be, your company is the huge loser here!

They are crooks, ripping people off everyday. I'm all for filing a class action lawsuit. Someone needs to stop their illegal activity, they are committing fraud.

I have since sent my ring back to them for a 65% of my purchase price refund, it's not near what I paid them, but it's more then any one else is willing to pay me for it, they have had the ring since Thurday and this is Sunday so hopefully I hear something about my refund soon. I'll keep you updated on my progress!!

There are now several people that have been ripped off by this company and its NOT right that they keep getting away with is!! We should join together and start a class action law suit against this company and get our money back!!
