JTV created a sell out frenzy on Dec. 31, 2007 Telling people that they had just had a meeting with the big guys. That this stone is RARE and it's going to be worth a lot of money, a good investment etc. They actually made people feel bad if they didn't get some. Using a Gemstone they call Andesine Labradorite. They sold this stone as untreated for several years. In Feb. 2008 they created a DVD (Utube) In which Shawn stated that they were are the hunt to find out about this stone, That they had believed it to be unheated but now they weren't so sure they had heard many things. Then shortly after they made a statement that it was indeed a treated gemstone and that they in fact had found the mine (which we do not believe). They allowed returns of this stone to people that were posting on the JTV blog and caught their big opps. They admitted on air that the stone was treated but failed to reveal that the stone is even more than treated and after our lab ISG did it's testing we've found that it isn't even andesine/labradorite, it's something else. We sent JTV letters asking them to give an on air statement and allow all that have bought the stone the right for refunds. But they have not.
There are two attorneys sitting on the board of jtv and it appears that people are afraid to go near them to stop the lies and deceit. It's wrong to encourage the elderly and people in limited incomes to invest in worthless jewelry and gemstones telling them that they are rare & will be worth a lot of money. It's time for the nonsense to stop. Is there someone out there that can made that happen? We have a consumer group dedicated to this goal. http://groups.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=groups.groupProfile&groupID=107072001&Mytoken=E95BD1EC-42CE-41A4-8579CF5D9762920D1046737315

for one they dident force the old and poor to buy the gem. however i agree they had a good sells pitch. and i to bought some of the lab. however after finding out it was nothing more then mex/yellow/lab that had been infused with copper and then heat treated. i called them up and they returned every penny i had spent.
i belive that the people who claim that jtv wont give them there money back has not tryed to get there money back. but is just taking the word of the class action suit sites. and hoping to get back more then what they paid for it. most likely greedy morons trying to get predicted ct price. if you paid 2oo for a gem plus shipping then thats all you should expect to get back. not 2/4 thousand a ct
you get back what you paid and thats it. so stop trying to rip off jtv for more.
stop being greedy. i got my money back and i dient try and screw them out of more.
you guys are jumping on the lawsuit band wagon trying to get more then you are owed. your the scam artist. jtv WILL give you all of your money back if you call them and ask them like a mature adult.
