I had purchased over 10 items and won and paid on 9/23. Got shipping conformation on 10/3 and still as of the 20th, no items.
Contacted paypal, filed a complaint, they did an investigation and got my refund. The day I left negative feedback, get a call from the company, telling me they were behind in shipping, and the USPS doesn't update the tracking information. I told the guy that isn't true. You email me on the 3rd stating item shipped, USPS shows a shipping label made on the 9th.
Everyone should beware of buying from this company. You might not get your items!
I watched their feedback since the 17th and it went from 811 negatives to 902 in 3 days... How ebay can keep them is beyond me. They went from 94.5 down to 94.3 in 3 days. Over 6000 negatives. READ thier feedback before ordering or you will be throwing away your money!
No emails were answered. # given on contact info through ebay, gets you no where. Worse experience of my life!

I have ordered several items. I did get my first order, but it took about 2-3 weeks to get. I figured, okay, buy again, the items were worth the litle bit I paid. So, I bought two more times. I just barely received items that I won on 9/24/04. The really funny thing about this was, it had a postage meter date that was printed by them dated 10/09/04, then over it was another postage meter strip dated 10/22/04. ( Today is only 10/21/04. My other order they say was mailed out 10/13/04...still waiting.....No response to e-mail. I do, as an employee of the USPS. we cannot deliver items until the seller actually gives them to us to deliver. I feel their fast to collect the profits, but SLOW to deliver the good. WARNING: to those thinking to buy...DON"T

I too was told my order was shipped on 10/3 and have not received it. I checked the USPS web site and they state shipped 10/9 but not delivered for shipment, just called in. Identical to yours. I wonder what happened to all orders on that date? Mine had a blue diamond in it that I paid alot for and I have filed a complaint with Paypal. I think I will go file a complaint with Square Trade.
Also, still owed three credits.
