Sends tracking number, but the package wasn't sent until 3 or more weeks after it was printed, after i complained and threatened to file a fraud report.
Substituted 7 rings with the same piece of junk in one order. I sent several emails, and a bunch of run around. I am hesitant to send the items back as requested because i'm sure then i'll neither have the items or my money.
I already had another order pending, so being the good buyer I am, I paid for it against my better judgement. The package included not what I ordered, but the same junk ring!
I left negative feedback on several items, and said i will file an individual fraud with ebay on each of them. I got an email asking for the total i need for a refund, saying i'd have it today. I didn't get it today.
I also notice now that all their sales are private. Hiding what? I also recall several items i bid on being outbid within minutes. Also had a few second chance offers from them within minutes of an expensive auction closing.
Sad to say upon seeing the EMH Group name on the return address, I recall now having this same problem with exclusivesilver on ebay. They are NRU now.
It's frustrating due to the fact I rely on these items as inventory for Christmas sales, and I have had nothing to sell this holiday season. I bet his family isn't suffering though.
I thought if a person was NRU on ebay, they weren't supposed to be back on ebay and selling. Maybe it depends on the amount of revenue you can create for the big guys?

Ebay members have every right to file any report especially internet fraud. You control your shill bidding,your shill feedback, changing your feedback scores around,and keeping every auction private. YOU CANNOT CONTROL EBAY MEMBERS !!
