I signed an advertising contract with this company. On the back of the contract it states you have 3 days to cancel. I canceled on the 3rd day which fell on a Saturday. I never received any phone call or notification of my cancellation so I followed up to only find out they would not acknowledge my cancellation because it was on a Saturday and they sit Shabbat so they are not working. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. If this was the case they could of followed up with me Monday and it still would of been within the 3 business days.
After speaking with just about every person in their company no one would help me. After they made every excuse they could think of why I could not cancel months have gone by. Their graphics department still sends me ads and I inform them I have canceled they do not have my permission to print this ad. I am still receiving several phone calls daily to send me to collections and was told they are going to print my ad as is and I will be responsible to pay for it.

I have NEVER been treated to unfairly and spoken to this way. I am a Physician and thought the idea of their referral network was appealing but I would not want any of their referrals if this is how they treat their clients.
