The King of Rip Off Report? That is a laugh. You and your husband are losers. And, I say you Nicole because I do not think Sean is competent enough to formulate a sentence. You are terrible business people. And, worst of all you are both thieves. Your husband just got arrested in January of this year in Kane County (Public Information), and already has priors for drugs out of California (Public Information). Also, he has had priors for domestic violence (Public Information). Does he still have a warrant our for his arrest, or are you running from that as well.

You have flat out stolen from families, and you have alot of guts opening your big mouth on the internet. Maybe you stole because of your husbands overwhelming legal issues. Trust me, your time is coming. You will see me in court. We will find you and you will pay. You will not be able to run forever. Every family you have stolen from has contacted me. If you are in the right, call my lawyer and let's go to court and settle the matter. Or call my lawyer to try and settle it out of court. Or, have you run out of people to steal from and are flat broke? Why don't you just stop running your mouth and rectify the serious problem(s) you have with not only me, but every other family you screwed over before it is too late. LOSER

I am one of the 5 families Alex spoke about in his report.  I contracted JFY Pools in mid February 2017.  After giving Sean Jest Ruble, owner of JFY Pools, $12,700, and waiting for 6 months, the only thing I ended up with was a huge hole in my back yard and a  huge mound of dirt.

I had promises after promises and excuses after excuses. In July,  I finally requested my money back from Sean Ruble and his wife Nicole, but they refused. I had to hire another pool company to clean up the mess left from JFY Pools and install my in the ground pool.

It has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had, not to mention that at age 72, I had $12,700 taken from me. I complained to the BBB and also to the Illinois Attorney General's office as did the other families. If you are thinking of putting an inground pool in your yard, DO NOT CALL JFY POOLS!!!

 Jason, I have no idea who you are and could care less about your opinion, since it is very clear to me that you lack intelligence. Here is a great idea. Tell us where we can serve your "Buddy" and you can be a witness for him in court. Otherwise, shut the hell up.

 I came across this tonight doing a search for Sean as my buddy was looking to have his pool open for the holiday. I worked for this man for many years and although things may have not ended on a positive note between us I felt compelled to put this Alex guy in his place. First of all boss , who the hell swims in the middle of a Chicago winter? Lol. Second of all there mouthy man, it seems like you didn't give him the opportunity to finish what he started there. Lastly bro, it appears your dumb a** sued the wrong people. Sean's a lot of things man, but he's definitely NOT a rip off. That guy kills himself for his family and his customers and I can attest to that as I've seen it first hand working for him for 5 years. Sounds to me like your the one who ain't a man bro.

 The pictures say it all sir. Tell me where and when my lawyer can serve you and you will see exactly what I am trying to prove. I am not going away and absolutely will get my day in court. You are a fraud with ZERO integrity. I read the contract and so will a judge. Be a man, and if your wife is reading this be a woman and face me in court. If you do not wish to face me in court, have your lawyer call my lawyer and work something out. Otherwise, stop with your childish responses. You look like a fool.

 No one is running no one is hiding. Not my fault you failed to read your contract which clearly states JFY Pools. You are correct JFY Enterprises had been dissolved years ago. The name serves no purpose. That's our perogitive if we wished to do that. ALL OF YOUR CONTRACTS, ESTIMATES, EMAILS, BUSINESS CARDS THAT YOU RECEIVED FROM US ALL SAID JFY POOLS! Who and what are you trying to prove here?!?

As the title states, Stop Running. Stop avoiding service. Accept my lawsuit like a man, and lets have our day in court. If I am so wrong, why are you running? Why are you hiding?  Let's settle this. Pictures do not lie Sean. Texts do not lie. E-mails do not lie. Or, have your attorney call mine and resolve your issue. But, make no mistake about it. You will not run from this one. You will never get away with what you have done.

You can cite a review about me from nearly 10 years ago all you want. I have nothing to hide. Funny, my online research has shown you to have a suspended drivers license in Illinois and outstanding warrant for your arrest out of California. That is up to you to confirm or deny. That is in addition to your involuntarily dissolved corporation in Illinois.

If anyone is reading this, search this guy online. Do your research. Do a backround check. Do you want to do business with someone like this? Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. You have been warned.

Any consumer who has half of a brain will see that no one in the world would pay 16K to have a hole dug, and clearly there is more to that claim from the business side of things. So once again here we go, even though your claims have been discredited by every other source.....I am not even going to waste my time going into our side of the story, as its not neccessary.
