I was checking my account the other day to see if some bills had been cleared yet, as I was looking at my account I found a transaction that I did not recognize. As stared to research the transaction I found that the company that had taked out this electronic check was a company that I never heard of, I researched the name by goggling JFYC and found that the company has had several fraudulant transactions with other people. I contacted my bank and they stated that they will refund the money $110.00 back to my account and investigate the transaction.
I am writing simply because I feel this company JFYC should be investigated not only by the banks but also by the police to stop them from stealing more money from other peoples accounts.

You need to also file a report with your local police department and then have them file it with the Columbia, SC police department. I did this and they actually turned it over to an Investigator with the county Sherriff department there. We need to get as many of these reports to them as possible to force the police department there to have to investigate this and shut this operation down!
