J.G.Wentworth Lied and about giving me an advance Ripoff Internet

I was gonna settle a transaction with J.G. Wentworth. We had gone over everything and I told them I would go with them if they could help me get a small advance. They said no problem. So I turned in all papers signed. Well a week goes bye and no hearing from my advance. They had said I was gonna be able to get a advance. Then I just got tired of waiting for the advance for two weeks. When Novation called me and said if there was anything they could help me with. I said well if you guys can raise me the same amount plus a advance I will gladly go with your company. So I send J.G. Wentworth the cancellation papers because they didn't help out at all. Well they received it August 14,2007. Those papers are suppose to cancel the transaction and everything was suppose to be off. Well thats what I thought. That following week I received 3 to 4 calls a day from JG Wentworth. Saying they deposit my advance. What liars. They didn't deposit anything they would say they did deposit into my account so that I could call them. I would call them telling them why did they deposit in my account after I had cancelled. They said we didn't say that. They would turn the words around. Finally I just stopped answering their calls. They even filed a court date for my transfer of settlement when I had already canceled the sale. I recommend no one to go with this company they are liars and make false promises to you they won't keep.
