While looking for Joanna Gaines's new beauty products on line.  I was reading an article about her and it stated in the article to click her for a free sample.

I did and it was a product for eye and face.  Pay for shipping only of $4.95  About 2 weeks later I receieved the product without any invoice or information about the product.  I then saw two charges on my charge acount for $89.94 and $94.88. I called the card company and asked them to reverse the charges I did not know what they were for.  

Then another shipment came and I open the package.  It was the same size and same product from the sample.  NO information inside.  The only thing I could think of was to write "Return to sender on it"  I handed it to the postal worker. This happen again and the same situation.   One for eye serum and one for face cream.  I am at a lose monetary and products because of this scam.   @ x $89.94 and 2 x $94.88

I started getting phone calls from someone.  Stating "please call us about your order"  There was no name of the company of product information regarding the order in the message.   I had know idea what is was for so I egnored it. Again a way to scam people.

My charge card company ended up on the company side.  The charge card company sent me the information about the company and the terms finally I had something to go on.  I called the company and they would not return a penny to me.  Would  not even let me talk to a manager. The article with the link to them was not provide!  The webpage to order was and it is not the products I received.  I received a product call Bella  The order page shows  JHS skin cream.

So I am still fighting for my money back. Totalling $369.64
