JHS Marketing Deposited money to my account WITHOUT my consent! tampa, Florida

In late June, I ran into financial distress and needed money fast. I started researching payday loans and since I was not happy with the terms and/or the amount the companies were offering me, I decided not to get one and never authorized anyone to deposit money into my account. The next day I saw an additional 300 in my account from JHS Marketing. I called them immediately and told them to take the money back. They agreed to but since I didn't have enough funds un my account my bank denied it. So I called them again and the woman that I spoke to said that they could arrange. the full amount of 300 plus a 90 finance fee to come out on July 6th. July 6th came and all they withdrew was $90. So I decided to wait to see if they would take out the rest in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later...again only $90. I called again and got their voicemail. Never recieved a response. Then again today, 2 weeks later, another $90. So I called them again and the man I spoke to said that there was no note of me speaking to anyone there, let alone any repayment arrangement so the $90 that I have been paying is an extension fee and does not apply towards the $390.  He then said that he could set up a repayment for 2 weeks from today.  I then told him that I was not paying $390 on top of the $360 I have already paid, since I did not authorize the loan or any of the extensions and that I would only pay the 30 that I still owed them. When he told me that wasn't possible, I then asked to speak to his supervisor. He transferred me to another voicemail. At this point I was very aggravated and left a long voicemail and have not heard back. I also have to mention how rude both people that I spoke to were. The woman that I spoke to yelled at me for not having the funds in my account and the man just had an holier that thou attitude.
