called your office at 480 619 6743.. The saleperson at that number verified with
me that I would receive $100 cash back at time of installation. 2 of your men
Jorge Perez from sonoran auto glass at 623 444 0118 with a office number of623
298 5009.. The work order sheet says Jiffy auto glass. He and and another came
to my house.. They removed the windshield. I asked them if they had a check or
100 cash. To my surprise Mr. Perez said he knew nothing about it. So I
immediately asked them to stop working. I was quite upset because i was lied to
so the manager got on the phone .. He said Im so sorry I forgot to give him the
check.. I said it was suppose to ba cash as per your salesperson on the
original number I called to set this up He asked me if he could talk to Mr.
Perez and he said I will go to the ATM and be right back with the 100 cash. I
agreed. He never came back, damaged my window pillar and never installed the
window. It is now raining. Is this the way your company usually works? Are you
responsible for the pillar damage and rain damage to my vehicle? Im so glad
that I video taped this transaction with my flip video. Lies Lies Lies.... I
am reporting this to the BBB, ripoff report.com and any body else.. I am an IT
tech for a reputable computer firm. This company should not be aloud to get
away with this..

Your salesperson originally that I talked to said I would get cash on the spot.. He lied to get the job.. Thats it.. I was not agressive to your incompetent workers.. Just wanted what was promised.. Lies Lies Lies.. Anyone reading this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Why didnt the tech come back to finish the job? Unprofessional.. BS sir... I dont like to be lied to and your company was caught right in the middle of it.. You say " I forgot to give him the check." when I was on the phone with YOU SIR>>> .. You are a lier. Im sure you get5 away with this alot with people that dont say anything. Well I am a loud mouth and telling everyone I know.. How does your worker just leave the window out of my vehicle on a rainy day.. Then you dont respond to any of me personal e-mails regarding this.. SCAM SCAM SCAM.. LIES.. DI not use Jiffy Glass. I used another and they came right out. Of course they mail a check but at least they told em the truth.. Not like the desperate salepeople at Jiffy that will say anything to get the job.. LIES

I would like to respond by saying my company offers $100 cash back to our clients by mail and "on the spot'" depending on location and is always a check that can be cashed immediately from Bank of America. It is too dangerous to have employees carrying hundreds of dollars. If this client was told that he would be delivered a check "on the spot", that would be incorrect because he is more than 30 miles outside our corporate office in Scottsdale. This client was aggressive toward my employees and they refused to return due to the client's threatening behavior. I supported their decision to not return. He was totally unreasonable. We give thousands of checks a month to our clients and have an A rating with the BBB.
