  I brought my car in for the signature service which included vacuuming and topping off of all fluids. Afterwards I checked their work and realized that my car had not been vacuumed out my tires were still looking flat the power steering fluid reservoir was still empty. I called them up and asked them why none of these things were done. They told me to come back in when I got there they made me wait for a good five minutes before they even acknowledge me. After I complained they got very defensive they said I was insulting them and all I was doing was pointing out the things they forgot to do. Isaiah seemed very upset and said he would fill my power steering reservoir. They pumped up my tires and said they were all done I looked at my power steering reservoir again it was still nearly empty. According to Isaiah it was the proper level I could stick my index finger completely in the reservoir and the fluid barely covered the tip of my finger nail. They told me to leave and never come back I told him that I have over 10 vehicles that I service through them and he said that I was the type of customer they don't like dealing with. As I was getting in my car Isaiah attempted to shut the door on me when I was halfway in my car I asked him to get his hands off my door and don't slam the door on me they then told me to leave and I left. This is the third vehicle in a row that this happened to, the employees there are taking short cuts and not doing their job or what I paid for.
