 I am a homeowner at Parkview Villas and am writing in regards to Jill Schweitzer, I am writing for the pure fact that this woman, has brought nothing but drama and harm to most all of the residents at Parkview Villas. She has lived here for a couple years and never in all the years of living here have I seen so much dishonesty and ugliness from one person. She has a personal vendetta against everyone and anyone who goes against her. She has done nothing but spread her nasty ways around our community, which before she lived here everyone was happy and went about there lives with not a care in the world. We have had numerous tenants move out of the complex because they are FED up with Ms. Schweitzer antics. Instead of acting like a mature homeowner who is looking out for the community, she only befriends people for political reasons only to turn around and backstab or attack later. She has been asked to resign from the HOA because of her backstabbing ways and drama filled petitions. She is constantly starting trouble with the board and everyone she can get her dirty mitts on. I find it very funny and I will take a quote from Jill, which you can find on her other Ripoff Report "The homeowners where I live are happy that I have joined the board and am working hard to fix the numerous problems we have had here." That is one of the funniest things I have read so far, and I will post you the official letter that we have written up to get her removed from the HOA completely, just to show how crazy this woman is! Just a warning to other HOA's out there, if a woman named Jill Schweitzer moves into your complex, know that you have been warned. No good comes out of this woman. And lets all hope that Jill moves out and terrorizes another HOA and lives her political dream of being a homeowner president elsewhere!
