Jill St. James Life-Answers Misleads (12mo forecast to them started LAST JANUARY! This is October!!!)Used my surname and didn't correct it! Internet

I entered online for a free sample numerology report.  After that, they kept sending messages about how important it was.  I ignored them until the last one; when I was very down about several issues in my life.  AFTER I paid, I read other numerologists that said they need your BIRTH name.  Well, Life-Answers had my married name.

They sent my report and I noticed that it started in January 2010!  This was October 2010!  I paid for a 12 month forecast and assumed it was from the date I paid for it.  No where do they tell you it's from January to December.  That's SLEAZY, GREEDY, and EXTREMELY LOW CLASS!!!

So now I have a forecast that's only good for the remainder of the year and it's configured under the WRONG NAME!  Since there's no legal consideration here, I can get my money refunded by the cc company.  I didn't get what I paid for, I was intentionally mislead, and there's a low-life out there bloodsucking those down on their luck.
