jim allen appliance zone bait and switch pricing, deceptive pricing, no returns available on defective items, no human customer service Internet

I purchased two light bulbs from this shady operation at the price listed on their web site.  Shortly thereafter they contacted me and raising the price by 33%.  After I received the very expensive appliance bulbs one of them blew after anly a few times being on.  The previous bulbs lasted 10 years given the infrequent use inside the appliance. 

Now comes the fun part.  They have NO customer service phoine number.  They make you fill out lengthy forms.  After you submit them they ask you for more forms and more information.  Never ending requests.  I'm pretty sure from the language that NO HUMAN is involved,  It's an electronic loop designed to wear you out.  DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
