Jim Batcha Yep this Guy is arip off artist. You came to mind upfront for labor and materials and parts. Hebought the wrong part And never came back to finish the job. His phone is been disconnected and leaving messages with his wife's phone does not get any return calls. Apparently I'm not the only one that he has done this too. Definitely do not let him on your bill or some items may end up missing. He seems to always have an excuse and cannot seem to hold a job with a single employer. Always complains of his employers treat him Which now I see it is his problem. I should've suspected that he had problems with somebody put a baseball bat to his front windshield.  Jim Batcha comes across as an easy-going person. He is a master at getting you comfortable with his knowledge And experience as a boat mechanic. He always asks for money upfront for parts and materials andwants to get paid at the end of the day for whatever he completes. In my case he ordered the wrong part Yet I paid him upfront and also for the labor that he did although it was not done correctly. Or ever finished. His phone has been disconnected however his wife/girlfriend's phone is still operational. He will not return calls. As I understand it I am not the first person of many which he has pulled this on. Talking to his former two employers it appears that Jim Batcha has a drug problem and he will rip off anything or anybody to satisfy his needs. Do not let him on your boat
