Jim Ferras (not his real name) and Al Krauza have been Master Ponzi's for a few decades now.
Their latest Ponzi is a Mother. They have changed names from Ad Calls to Biz Calling Cards and duped a new set of investor/partners (we can refer to them as Peter) so that they can pay us the distributors (Paul). Except they don't even pay Paul. These two partners in crime are so blatant that they actually robbed their own partners (peter) by billing all of their Biz Calling Card distributors through an old Ad Calls account.
They did so knowing the charges on distributors accounts would say ad calls instead of biz calling. By my estimation they walked away with roughly
$35,000.00 on just that one move.
On one occasion I called Al Krauza to make sure my check was in, he said yea come and get it, so I drove down to the office. Only to catch him trying to run out the door. I say "AL whats up with my check" he says "what check?"
On top of this I literally came upon a BOX 3 ft by 3ft full of NSF checks and letters from disgruntled distributors. Sad thing is most of the letters told stories of just wanting the money back and they would have forgiven them.
Now with just a few phone calls and a bit of networking it doesn't take long to find a person or group of people who will stand up and say,
"they lied right to my face."
"distributors in my down line have been moved"
"distributors in my down line have disappeared"
"i can't get into my back office"
"they lied right to my friend and close associate's face."
"they have no intention of ever providing a product."
"they have no intention of ever paying anyone back."
"they are masters of the spin out when you are trying to pin them on something."
"they seemed so genuine at first, but never ever did anything they promised."
And their favorite word of all time......"tomorrow."

Jim Ferras and AL Krauza make it a habit to write bad checks and lie. They take as much as they can from any little old lady or single parent and do so by selling hope. They have never actually delivered a fully functioning product. NOT ONCE.
It's Punk a*s Ponzi Schemers like Al Krauza and Jim Ferras that ruin great opportunities for honest hard working people.

| Report: | I had to write this article to share my experience with anyone checking out BIZ Global Media. I can't tell you how many MLM Companies I have been with and have totally spent more money than I ever made. So after swearing off Network Marketing forever, a friend of mine text me about BIZ and their 82222 shortcode. It sounded interesting and after checking out the Texting Program i was totally intrigued. When I found out it was MLM, I was almost turned off , but the product was too timely to pass up. In checking out the company and owners I found the usual negative stuff from MLM reps and I almost stopped there, but r owners this looked too good so I investigated further, even going to the Corporate Office to meet the owners, Jim Ferras and Al Krauza. What an experience, these guys are definitely forward thinkers and after also talking with other BIZ Agency Oewners, I also found that they are hands on owners, and work with the field on a daily basis. In fact, Al Krauza does a Daily Webinar every morning. I joined BIZ about 60 days ago, and never looked back. I got my $295 back in 7 days with only 6 Agency Owners in my Organization and I am on my way to becoming a manager, which is $900 per month. I AM FINALLY MAKING MONEY!! And I am getting paid on my Global Cash Card on almos a daily basis. So far, this is the best company I have ever joined... Thanks to Ripoff Report to let me expose the positive side of the story. |
| I am definitely Ripping Mad at how someone can "Steal Other Peoples's Dreams" because they may have had a bad experience. I just thank God that I had the sense to check out the company and owners before making a judgment based on a disgruntled Rep comments. When I first heard about BIZ, I personally tested the 82222 product and it was the most unique thing I ever experienced. Then I asked a few of my friends what they thought about it, and I got an equally excited reaction. Then, I personally went to the BIZ Corporate Office in Irvine CA and interviewed both Al Krauza and Jim Ferras. Both of these gentlemen were totally open to me about the development of the company and the product. I found their answers to be totally detailed and completeo. In fact I even asked Jim Ferras about another name and he said that his Russian name was too long and complicated to use in this business. After he spelled it for me, I can understand why. This was not a big deal to me, as he is not hiding anything. My visit there found both men totally open and available to anyone coming in for an interview. Finally, I spoke to several of the Agency Owners who are currently involved with BIZr (some have known and been in business with Jim and Al for over 5 years) and I could not be more excited to hear a refreshing description of what is happening with the company. For once I heard the the Product works great, the compansation plan is very profitable and above all THEY ARE GETTING PAID ON TIME....DAILY. on their Global Cash Card. Biz Global Media does not use checks for commissions. The Daily commissions are paid directly on a Global Cash Card. This was enough for me.... I joined BIZ 60 days ago, and 2 weeks after I joined I started receiving commissions and have had commissions put on my Cash Card on almost a daily basis. So my advice to anyone considering joining this company, check it out for yourself, try the product, look at the compansation plan and talk to the Agency Owners. You will find them to be totally positive..... DON'T LISTEN TO SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO STEAL YOUR DREAM because of a bad experience. PS I joined for $295 and got my money back in 3 Days with only 6 Agency Owners in my Organization
FYI Search Bill Gates, Amway, Herbalife, and any of the other companies or owners, and you will find words like Scam, Ripoff etc written about them by an unhappy distributor. Be sure to check out the company yourself, Like I did. |
