This man Jim Gillingham has got to be stooped some how. He ripped us off back in 2004 on Long Island, NY of $36,000. He ripped off many others here for about 1/2 million. He was endicted on 30 counts here and we were told they were going to extradite him from Cananda. I happened to google him and I can't believe he is still at it in Canada. How could this family still be getting awary with this? Someone in Canada must be on the take. Catch me if you can. They are so bold that they actually have facebook accounts with their pictures proudly displayed. The son Rich has a facebook page "evangelist Rich Cunningham" Biggest joke ever. How are they still getting away with this. I would like some answers or if anyone knows anything please respond to this. I am very angry. These crooks all belong in jail.

Here's an email from Jim Gillingham yesterday. New company "TCM Contracting Services"
Not sure if he really has an office on Landsdown in Peterborough Ontario but he post the address and it may only be a small office but certainly does not have equipment to do the work. Be careful and do your research, credit checks and so on.
