Jim Hammonds- The Monkey Whisperer Sold me a sick Marmoset and refused to refund Parrish Florida

I bought a Marmoset, had her 7 days, she died, he unfriended me on Facebook, I asked if I could be reimbursed, he said "No Warranty". Had a Necropsy done, he feeds his marmosets human infant formula, which causes hemochromatosis, which is an iron storage disease. They DO NOT need iron, and he feeds formula and rice cereal...both formulated with extra iron for human babies. So I spent $5,075 on a Marmoset that died because of her diet.

Horrible person to take money from me, who claims he has a 6 month Warranty, the only paperwork he sent me was a paper stating I received her "in apparent good health". I am not a vet, how could I have possibly known she had a disease causing her organs to fail...slowly...5 minutes after receiving her? Do not want anyome else to go through this. So my attorney is handling my case. Jim has until the December 21st to send my money order to my attorney, or we will launch a federal investigation, including USDA and FWA complaints.
